All orders will be processed, packaged and posted within two workings days of your order being placed. All items are sent from our headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.
You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled with your tracking number (if applicable). Please hold onto this number and use Auspost or your relevant posting service in your country to track your order.
Please allow 7 working days in Australia and 20 working days International before contacting us if you haven't received your package yet. Delivery times are varying during Covid and we please ask for your patience : )

All items are currently sent in standard or express envelopes and are small enough to fit into a standard letterbox.
Standard Post: Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery
Express Post: Please all 2-4 working days for delivery
We have 3 options available for our International customers. At the moment shipping can be quite slow with the amount of international flights leaving Australia a lot less during Covid.
International Secure Registered Post: You will be notified when posted and you will need to produce I.D and sign for the package on delivery. This is a cheap secure method, but there is no tracking.
Int tracked Post: Standard can take 10-20 working days and Express 7-12 working days.
